सुनारले सुनजस्तो नरम धातुलाई आकार दिन सयौँपटक हिर्काउँछ भने लोहारले फलामजस्तो कडा धातुलाई आकार दिन एकै चोट पर्याप्त हुन्छ। यसले यो दर्शाउँछ कि धेरै साना र कमजोर प्रयासहरूभन्दा एउटै शक्तिशाली र निर्णायक कार्य बढी प्रभावकारी हुन्छ, अथवा धेरै सामान्य व्यक्तिहरूको प्रयासभन्दा एकजना सक्षम व्यक्तिको प्रयास नै परिणाममुखी हुन्छ।
