गत वर्ष राम्रो उत्पादन (मकै) भएजस्तै यो वर्ष अत्यधिक जाडो छ । यसले परिस्थिति सधैं एकनास नरहने र कहिले सुख त कहिले दुःख, वा एक प्रकारको अवस्थापछि अर्को प्रकारको अवस्था आइपर्ने कुरालाई संकेत गर्छ ।
