अर्थ
कुनै एउटा सानो घटना वा प्रयासले मात्र ठूलो वा लामो समयदेखि चलिआएको समस्या वा अवस्था पूर्ण रूपमा समाप्त हुँदैन। जसरी माघ महिना (नेपाली पात्रो अनुसार जाडोको मुख्य महिना) बित्दैमा जाडो पूरै हट्दैन, त्यसरी नै कुनै जटिल परिस्थितिलाई पार पाउन समय र निरन्तर प्रयास चाहिन्छ।

Literal English Translation
Winter does not go away with (just) one Maagh.
English Meaning
A single event or a small effort is not enough to resolve a major or long-standing problem or situation. Just as the entire winter season doesn't end merely with the passing of the month of Maagh (typically the coldest month in Nepal), a complex situation requires time and sustained effort to overcome. It implies that one positive sign or a brief period of improvement doesn't necessarily mean the end of a larger, more persistent issue.
