अर्थ
आफूभन्दा बलियो वा शक्तिशाली व्यक्तिसँग सोझै प्रतिस्पर्धा गर्न नसक्नेले ऊसँग सम्बन्धित निर्दोष वा कमजोर व्यक्तिलाई दुःख दिने वा रिस पोख्ने अवस्थालाई यो उखानले जनाउँछ।

English Meaning
This proverb describes a situation where someone, unable to confront or harm a stronger or more powerful person (the 'elder brother'), instead targets or takes out their frustration on someone weaker who is associated with that powerful person (the 'sister-in-law').
