यो उखानले समान स्वभाव, रुचि, वर्ग वा जातिका मानिसहरू वा जीवहरू आ-आफ्नै समूहमा बस्न रुचाउँछन् र त्यसमै सहज महसुस गर्छन् भन्ने अर्थ दिन्छ। फरक प्रकृतिका व्यक्ति वा वस्तुहरू सजिलै घुलमिल हुँदैनन्, बरु आफ्नै किसिमकाहरूसँग संगत गर्छन्।
